Frequently asked questions
How do I create or update my Candidate profile?
Sign in as a Candidate and open My Profile. Add your professional information, experience, skills, photo and other profile details. Your public professional profile is separate from your private CV.
Can I publish more than one Looking for Work announcement?
Yes. One Candidate account can publish multiple announcements for different professions, countries or work modes while keeping one shared professional profile and one private CV.
Is my CV public?
No. Your private CV is not published on your public Candidate profile or inside Looking for Work announcements. Access is controlled through Jobaro features such as applications and CV requests.
How do I apply for a job?
Open a Jobaro job and use the application option when available. Some jobs accept applications inside Jobaro, while external Careerjet opportunities open on the source website.
How does an Employer post a job?
An Employer signs in, opens Post a Job, selects the recruiting country and completes the job details. Employer submissions may be reviewed before they become publicly visible.
What is Talent Search?
Talent Search is the Employer workspace for discovering Candidate Looking for Work announcements. Candidate private CVs are not automatically public through Talent Search.
What does Employer verification mean?
Employer verification is a Jobaro trust status reviewed separately from normal account registration. A verification badge does not guarantee a job, employer conduct or an employment outcome.
How are jobs organized by country and Remote mode?
Jobaro uses separate country job markets. A job belongs to the country where the employer is recruiting. Remote describes how the work is performed, but the opportunity still belongs to a recruiting market.
How do I change the Jobaro language?
Use the language selector in the Jobaro header. Your selected language is saved as a preference for supported Jobaro pages.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open Forgot Password from the Login page and request a password reset using the email address connected to your Jobaro account.
