JOBARO

Terms and Conditions

Rules for using Jobaro as a Candidate, Employer or visitor.

Effective date: 2026-08-23

1. Operator and scope

These Terms govern access to and use of Jobaro, including public marketplaces, Candidate and Employer accounts, professional and company profiles, job listings, Looking for Work announcements, applications, invitations, private CV features and employer verification. Jobaro is operated by jobaro.online. Current operator details:

jobaro.online
Romania
contact@jobaro.online

By using Jobaro or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate and current information, keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised use. You must have the legal capacity required by the law applicable to you or any legally required consent of a parent, guardian or authorised representative.

3. Role of Jobaro

Jobaro is an online platform that helps Candidates and Employers discover one another and manage recruitment-related information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Jobaro is not the employer, employee, employment agency or party to an employment contract. We do not guarantee a job offer, a successful hire or the accuracy of information supplied by another user.

4. Candidate profiles and private CVs

A Candidate may maintain one professional profile and one private CV while publishing multiple Looking for Work announcements. Public information is visible according to the chosen visibility settings. A private CV is not published in the public Candidate feed and may be accessed by an Employer only after the Candidate approves a CV request or where access is necessary for an application submitted by that Candidate through the applicable Jobaro flow. Avoid unnecessary sensitive or special-category data.

5. Employer accounts, jobs and verification

Employers must be authorised to represent the company shown in their account and remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and fairness of job advertisements, recruitment communications and hiring decisions. Job advertisements must not be deceptive, discriminatory or unlawful. A “Verified Employer” badge indicates only that Jobaro completed the verification steps available on the platform at that time; it is not an endorsement, credit check, solvency guarantee or guarantee of employment.

6. Applications, invitations and external links

Jobaro may support internal applications, application review and invitations. Employers remain responsible for employment law, equal treatment and data-protection compliance. If a listing links to an external recruitment website, that third party has its own terms and privacy practices.

7. User content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in content you submit and grant Jobaro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, format and display it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service and provide the visibility you selected. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to upload data concerning third parties.

  • No illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or abusive content.
  • No impersonation, fake opportunities, mass harvesting of personal data, spam or scams.
  • No malware, unauthorised access, security circumvention or large-scale scraping.
  • Candidate data may not be used for purposes unrelated to genuine recruitment without another lawful basis and appropriate notice.

8. Moderation, illegal content and complaints

We may review, restrict or remove content and may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or security, comply with law or prevent fraud and abuse. Security and anti-spam systems may use automated technical signals; significant moderation decisions may also involve human review. Jobaro does not make hiring decisions for Employers.

Allegedly illegal content may be reported to contact@jobaro.online. A useful notice should identify the exact URL or location, explain why the content is believed to be illegal, include required contact details and contain a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate. A user affected by a restriction may request review through the same contact address. Additional remedies may apply under the EU Digital Services Act or other applicable law.

9. Search, filters and ranking

Marketplace results may use country/location, category and specialisation, employment type, work mode, keywords, listing status, relevance, recency and user-selected filters or sorting. These parameters are designed to make results useful and do not guarantee ranking, visibility, suitability or an employment outcome.

10. Intellectual property

The Jobaro name, software, interface, layout, logos and content created by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Except where law permits otherwise, substantial copying, resale, reverse engineering, redistribution or commercial exploitation without permission is prohibited.

11. Availability, security and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, defects, outages, cyber incidents or third-party failures may occur. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users should independently assess offers, Candidates, Employers and contractual terms before making decisions.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse or where required by law. Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, we will provide information about the reason for a material restriction and available review options.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law, security requirements or business model changes. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page and additional notice will be provided where required by law.

14. Governing rules and contact

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator identified above, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies are determined under applicable law. Legal or moderation questions: contact@jobaro.online. General support: contact@jobaro.online.
